26 Feb, 2026

Don Bosco Degree College celebrated its Literary Association Program on 11 October 2025 in the Assembly Hall, with the objective of promoting literary awareness, enhancing language skills, and encouraging creative expression among students.

The event began with a Prayer Song and an introduction to the Literary Association, followed by a video presentation on Sarojini Naidu, the ‘Nightingale of India’, which inspired students with her literary brilliance and patriotic spirit.

Students showcased their talents through a lively JAM (Just A Minute) session, Hindi and Telugu poem recitations, and a soulful song on the theme “Change”. The Sanskrit students’ video presentation on “11 Rules for a Student to Follow in Life” offered valuable moral lessons.

A highlight of the program was the Book Talk by Ms. Billa Tulasi, a budding author, who shared insights from her book “As the Gravity of Dependence”, motivating students to explore creative writing. The Language Quiz added excitement, testing literary knowledge and rewarding winners during the Prize Distribution Ceremony.

The program was enriched by the address of Father Principal, whose inspiring words encouraged students to strive for excellence. The event concluded with the National Anthem, leaving the audience motivated and inspired.

✨ The Literary Association Program 2025 was a vibrant celebration of language, culture, and creativity, reflecting the college’s commitment to holistic education.
